Exchange Policy
Aviation Avenue Singapore inspects all models carefully before packing them up for delivery to you. We are sorry if you are less than satisfied with the models you have received.
Local Orders
If you opt for delivery via postage, we are not responsible for any damage caused to your models during the delivery process via SingPost. As such, we highly recommend opting for any of the other delivery options because you can check your models personally.
For the self-collection, meet-up or doorstep delivery options, no exchange is possible once you have accepted the models, even if you do not check the models upon collecting them.
Overseas Orders
Since delivery via postage is your only option, we will do a partial refund if your models are damaged during the international shipping process. The refund amount will be 15% of the cost of the model, exclusive of shipping costs which are borne solely by you. Please send photographic evidence of the damage to [email protected] so that we can assess the damage and advise you accordingly.
*Please note that the models you have received may have a slight variation in colour with that reflected on our site due to differences in screen resolutions among individual monitors. This does not constitute a defect and exchange requests for this reason will not be entertained.
