ORDERING
Q: How do I place an order?

Q: What is the currency used on your website?
A: All our models are priced in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Q: How do I search for the models that I want?
A: For your convenience, you can use the search bar on the top of the page by keying in the name of the model. If you are under the 'VIEW ALL' tab, you have two ways to search for available models - by category or by airline.
Q: Why can't I use the 'add to cart' function?
A: We will not be using the cart function to take orders because it only supports PayPal payments. Therefore, to cater to more payment methods, we will be taking your orders through the 'ORDER FORM' tab instead.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Unfortunately, once you have placed your order, you are strictly not allowed to cancel it.

Q: How long does delivery usually take?
A: If you opt for local registered postage, your parcel should take about 2-7 working days to reach you. For overseas delivery, your parcel should take about 5-14 working days to reach you.
Q: Do you do exchanges?
A: Please refer to the 'Exchange Policy' tab below.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Q: How can I tell whether the models I want are still available?
A: The status of each model is listed in the product description section of each product page. For instance, Status: Available or Status: Last piece.
Q: Can I request for sold-out models to be restocked?
A: Sure! If you see the models that you want on our 'ARCHIVE' page, that means they are sold out. Let us know if you're interested in any of them via the 'Contact Us' tab below and we'll try our best to restock them!
Q: I can't find the models that I want on your website. Can I request for them to be brought in?
A: Of course! Let us know what you would like to see on our website by leaving us a comment via the 'Contact Us' tab below and we'll try our best to bring them in!
Q: What happens if more than one person places an order for a last-piece model?
A: We invoice based on a first-order-first-served basis. The first person to submit an order will secure the last piece. Everyone who sends in their order after that will be informed that they did not secure the last piece and will be placed on a waiting list.
PRE-ORDER, NEW ARRIVALS AND VIEW ALL TABS
Q: What is the difference between models under the 'Pre-Order' and 'New Arrivals' tabs?
A: The models listed under the 'PRE-ORDER' tab have not yet been released on our website but will arrive shortly. You can already start placing your order to reserve them using the 'ORDER FORM' tab above. On the other hand, the models listed under the 'NEW ARRIVALS' tab are in-stock and ready for immediate dispatch.
Q: What happens when I reserve models under the 'Pre-Order' tab?
A: You will receive an email confirmation from us within 24 hours to confirm that we have reserved the models for you. Please note that you are not allowed to cancel your order once you have reserved your models. We will send you an invoice containing the payment and shipping details about one week later. This is because there may be occasional delays on the manufacturer's end and the models you have reserved may be delayed. In the event of such delays, we will continue to reserve your models for you but they will be pushed to the next release.
Q: Which models can be found under the 'View All' tab?
A: All available models, including new arrivals, can be found under the 'VIEW ALL' tab.

A: Unfortunately, we do not. We only operate online - on this site as well as our Facebook page.
Q: How often are new collections released?
A: Approximately once a month. Sign up for our newsletter and 'like' our Facebook page to receive first-hand updates!
